General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of licenses for the NOREAD Cleaner software, marketed by Kimy Technology, based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Any order placed on the website www.ols-tools.com implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 — Products
NOREAD Cleaner is a tuning file cleaning software sold as a digital license for a fixed duration or lifetime. The available plans are: 1-Month License, 6-Month License, and 1-Year License. Each license provides access to all software features for the subscribed duration.
Article 3 — Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in euros (364;) including all taxes on the website www.ols-tools.com. Kimy Technology reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed. Payment is made online using the payment methods available on the website (credit card, PayPal).
Article 4 — Delivery
As NOREAD Cleaner is an entirely digital product, delivery is made electronically. Upon payment confirmation, the license key and download link are automatically sent to the email address provided during the order. Delivery is instant and available 24/7.
Article 5 — No Trial Version
No free trial version is offered for NOREAD Cleaner. The buyer acknowledges having reviewed the features and characteristics of the software described on the website before making a purchase. The 1-month license serves as an entry-level option to try the software at a lower cost.
Article 6 — No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product and the instant delivery of the license key, no refund will be granted after purchase, for any reason whatsoever. By confirming their order, the buyer expressly waives their right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions applicable to digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent. The buyer acknowledges and accepts this condition prior to any purchase.
Article 7 — License of Use
Purchasing a license grants a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the NOREAD Cleaner software. Each license is valid for a single workstation. It is forbidden to copy, redistribute, resell, or make the software or the license key available to third parties. Any violation will result in the immediate revocation of the license without refund.
Article 8 — Liability
Kimy Technology provides the NOREAD Cleaner software "as is." The company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the software. The user is solely responsible for the use they make of the software and the files processed.
Article 9 — Data Protection
Kimy Technology is a company based in the United Arab Emirates (Ajman Free Zone) and is not subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data collected during the order (name, email, IP address) is used exclusively for processing the order and delivering the license. Kimy Technology commits to not reselling or sharing this data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Article 10 — Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
