You open a .ols or .olsx project and WinOLS refuses to import or export it, or the map structure remains inaccessible. The work is in the file, but there is little you can do with it.
Two needs, two solutions
Recover the versions only. If you simply want to recover the original file and saved versions (stage 1, stage 2, DPF, EGR), the OLSX Decrypt service extracts them and returns them as usable files. It works whether or not the project is encrypted or linked to a licence. Please note: only the versions are recovered; maps are not extracted.
Recover a complete project. If you need the map structure and a project that you can open, edit, import and export normally, OLSX Rebuild rebuilds your data in a new, unrestricted project.
